Common issues
- The weather forecast will not load.
- Forecasts need a race location and an internet connection. Confirm you set a location for the race, then check your network and try again.
- My subscription is not showing on a new device.
- Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
- I want to cancel my subscription.
- Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Triathlon Race Day Checklist, and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues to the end of the billing period.
- I cannot find my race photos after switching phones.
- Race photos are stored locally on your device, not in the cloud. Back up your device regularly so photos transfer with a restore.
- I want to delete my account.
- Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This removes your cloud profile and erases local data. It cannot be undone.
- I need a refund.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
