Common issues

The weather forecast will not load.
Forecasts need a race location and an internet connection. Confirm you set a location for the race, then check your network and try again.
My subscription is not showing on a new device.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID.
I want to cancel my subscription.
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Triathlon Race Day Checklist, and tap Cancel Subscription. Access continues to the end of the billing period.
I cannot find my race photos after switching phones.
Race photos are stored locally on your device, not in the cloud. Back up your device regularly so photos transfer with a restore.
I want to delete my account.
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This removes your cloud profile and erases local data. It cannot be undone.
I need a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
